I am an active and professional psychotherapist - listening, asking questions, exploring new ways to understand your experiences and helping you find new strategies. For the last 8 years I have collaborated with my clients to synthesize various treatment modalities in order to address each person's unique and specific goals.
I strive to help clients consider their strengths and options that, in times of struggle, may seem obscured or impossible. I help them come to trust their feelings and find their voices.
I am committed to meet my client's needs by offering active, compassionate and practical support and guidance as they regain control and live the life they deserve.
